1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phenjoy.com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). phenjoy.com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on phenjoy.com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. phenjoy.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• You must provide a valid email address and Philippine mobile number during registration.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phenjoy.com are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

Deposits are generally credited to your phenjoy.com wallet instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel. Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process and standard processing times as published in the Platform's banking information section.

phenjoy.com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is significant or where there are reasonable grounds to conduct enhanced due diligence. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the player's own name.

The Platform does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, any cryptocurrency wallet, credit card, or any payment method not listed above. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction may result in account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phenjoy.com may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other methods deemed abusive by phenjoy.com will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

7. Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from phenjoy.com without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phenjoy.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by phenjoy.com in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phenjoy.com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Termination

phenjoy.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account for cause, phenjoy.com reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not associated with bonus funds will be returned to the player following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phenjoy.com through the Platform's customer support channel. phenjoy.com will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.
